Fuga is Italian (and Spanish) for ‘escape’, a way out from the daily routine by relaxing with friends or family with tasty food and a good glass of wine. The name also refers to the cuisine that is our main source of inspiration: the one of the countries around the Mediterranean Sea.
The restaurant is managed by Geert, who passionately serves the tastiest dishes. His culinary fascination has since long led him incessantly to discover the most authentic cuisines in Italy, Greece, Morocco, Spain and Southern France. Over the years, he brought them home to friends and family with great enthusiasm.
